These sites may be very professional looking and use online advertising to appear at the top search results, while some of them may try to reach you via scam emails.

DEKON Group is the Organizing Secretariat and the sole authorised company for the WCPCCS 2025.

The only way to access the WCPCCS 2025 registration form and the hotel options is through the congress website: www.wcpccs2025.org.

If you suspect that you have been targeted by a fraudulent site, please contact the Organizing Secretariat at registration@wcpccs2025.org immediately.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation

Requests for accommodation cancellation must be received in writing by the WCPCCS 2025 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to registration@wcpccs2025.org

  • In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) until July 15th, full payment will be refunded after deducting 1 night penalty charge.
  • In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) after July 16th, no refunds will be possible.
  • In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) until July 15th, full payment after deducting any bank charges will be refunded.
  • In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) after July 16th, no refunds will be possible.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WCPCCS 2025, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
