1 To be eligible for the nurse / allied health professional / trainee / student fees, it is required to produce documentary evidence of their status or position. Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied. You may upload the necessary document through the online registration system at the time of registration.

2 Developing countries are low- and low-middle income economies according to the World Bank list of economies. Beware of Fraud Offers!

While booking your hotel, please be aware that there are several fraudulent websites impersonating the WCPCCS 2025 registration and accommodation platforms. These sites may be very professional looking and use online advertising to appear at the top search results, while some of them may try to reach you via scam emails.

DEKON Group is the Organizing Secretariat and the sole authorised company for the WCPCCS 2025.

The only way to access the WCPCCS 2025 registration form and the hotel options is through the congress website: www.wcpccs2025.org.

If you suspect that you have been targeted by a fraudulent site, please contact the Organizing Secretariat at registration@wcpccs2025.org immediately.

Important Notes:
  • Registrations will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive their confirmation notice, are requested to contact the Organizing Secretariat at registration@wcpccs2025.org.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above-mentioned deadlines of registration periods, the consideration of Super Early / Early / Regular / Late registrations will be as per the dates of payment receipt into our accounts.
  • WCPCCS plans to take photographs and video material at the 9th World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery in Hong Kong, China and reproduce them in WCPCCS educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the WCPCCS website. By participating at the 9th World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery in Hong Kong, China, you grant WCPCCS the right to use your name, photograph, and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of WCPCCS. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by WCPCCS for any purpose.
  • No day-passes or visitor-passes are not proposed.

In addition to the registration fees, there would be pre-congress symposia (all to be held on 7 December 2025) and other functions that would require additional registration. Those will be announced in due time and booking of such sessions / functions would be available through the online registration system even after completing your congress registration, by re-logging in with your credentials.

Cancellation Policy - Registration

Cancellation / modification requests must be received in writing by the WCPCCS 2025 Organizing Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to registration@wcpccs2025.org, and the below cancellation policy will apply.

  • For cancellations received before or on 15 July 2025, full refund will be provided less a 10% administration fee.
  • For cancellations received on or between 16 July-16 August 2025, full refund will be provided less a 20% administration fee.
  • For cancellations received on or after 17 August 2025, no refund will be provided, and only name changes can be done after this deadline.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the congress. Any bank charges to occur will be deducted from the refunded amount.
